Power Hunt stands behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Power Hunt product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
To return products please email info@power-hunt.com to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Your email must include the date your shipment was received, the shipment tracking number, the name of your retailer and the invoice/purchase order#. Upon receipt of your email a RAN will be issued and emailed the following business day.
Return goods must be shipped to Power Hunt prepaid within 7 days of RAN issue date.
After returned goods are received and inspected the refund process will be initiated. A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns. An acknowledgment email will be sent notifying you of product receipt and return processing.
