Power Hunt stands behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Customers may return Power Hunt products within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a refund.
Product must be returned in original packaging and in sellable condition.
To return product, customer must email Power Hunt at info@power-hunt.com to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Date shipment was received, shipment tracking number and the name of retailer must be included in the email, a RAN will be issued and emailed to customer the following business day.
Return goods must be shipped to Power Hunt prepaid within 7 days of RAN issue date.
After returned goods are received and inspected the refund process will be initiated and an acknowledgment email will be sent to customer.
